Pumpkin Writer is an AI-assisted writing service for nonfiction authors. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. This is a beta release; features may change and occasional interruptions can occur.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pumpkin Writer.
Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the books and material you create with Pumpkin Writer. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy and for ensuring your published work complies with the policies of any platform you publish to (including Amazon KDP).
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Beta access may be provided free of charge via a coupon code; paid pricing applies once any promotional period ends.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Pumpkin Writer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
