Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pumpkin Writer.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the books and material you create with Pumpkin Writer. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy and for ensuring your published work complies with the policies of any platform you publish to (including Amazon KDP).

Connected accounts

By connecting your Amazon/KDP, ACX, or Amazon Advertising accounts (via the Pumpkin Sync extension or Amazon Advertising authorization), you authorize Pumpkin Writerto access and store your sales, advertising, and audiobook performance data on your behalf to provide the Sales & Ads Dashboard, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Amazon's and Audible's terms. Amazon and Audible remain the source of this data, and you can disconnect at any time.

Content and no professional advice

Pumpkin Writer generates nonfiction content that may cover topics such as finance, law, health, medicine, nutrition, food, and fitness. This content is produced by AI for general informational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, professional financial, legal, medical, health, nutritional, or fitness advice, and it may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before you rely on it or publish it, and you should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Any third-party links or references in generated content are provided “as is”; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Proprietary content & confidentiality

Some material available through Pumpkin Writeris proprietary to Funtacular LLC and is provided for your individual use only. This includes the Keyword Research Library, market and sales analytics, keyword and niche research data, and other subscriber-only research materials (together, “Proprietary Content”). You may use Proprietary Content to research, write, and publish your own books. You may not share, publish, post, redistribute, sell, or otherwise make Proprietary Content available to anyone outside your account, including on social media, in forums or chat groups, or on other websites. This restriction does not apply to the books and material you create with Pumpkin Writer, which remain yours (see “Your content & ownership”). Violating this section is grounds for suspension or termination of your account (see “Suspension and termination”).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or pause any activity that threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the service (including automated abuse, excessive load, attempts to bypass limits, or anything that degrades the experience for other users), with or without prior notice where action is needed to protect the service. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue first. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the service; in that case, access to unused book credits and content may be lost.

Billing

Book credits are purchased as one-time payments through Stripe. Promotional or free access may be offered from time to time (for example, via a coupon code). Book credits are non-refundable and expire 18 months after purchase; see our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The service and all generated content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Pumpkin Writer and Funtacular LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on generated content.

No guarantee of sales or earnings. Pumpkin Writer helps you research, write, and prepare books for publication, but publishing outcomes depend on your topic, execution, pricing, marketing, and market conditions outside our control. We make no representation or guarantee of Amazon sales, rankings, reviews, royalties, or any level of earnings. Market metrics, keyword data, and royalty estimates shown in the service are informational only and are not a promise of results.
