This policy explains what Pumpkin Writer collects and how it is used. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Content you create: the prompts, briefs, and book material you generate or upload.
- Usage & billing data needed to operate your account and process payments.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service — generating, editing, and exporting your books — and to manage your account, billing, and support.
Service providers (sub-processors)
To deliver the service we share data with trusted providers solely to perform their function:
- AI model providers (e.g. Kie AI and OpenRouter) — to generate and edit your book content.
- Stripe — to process subscription payments.
- Resend — to send account emails (verification, password reset, notices).
- Hostinger — cloud hosting for the application and database.
Retention & your choices
We keep your content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us.
