Refund Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Pumpkin Writer is a service of Funtacular LLC
This policy explains how book credits, refunds, and access to your work are handled at Pumpkin Writer. By purchasing book credits, you agree to the terms below.
How book credits work
Book credits are how you create books in Pumpkin Writer. One credit generates one complete nonfiction book. Credits are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews.
- Book credits are added to your account as soon as your purchase completes.
- They are yours to use whenever you are ready.
- Book credits expire 18 months after the date of purchase, and are always used oldest-first.
Access to your work
The books you create are yours. You can open, review, and download your finished books at any time, and they stay in your account.
Your work stays available unless you delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your books and content and cannot be undone.
Refunds
Book credits are non-refundable, including book credits you have not yet used. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to issue a refund in an individual case; if we do, any unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account at the same time. Any refund we issue may be reduced by the payment-processing fees charged on the original transaction, which our payment provider does not return to us.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
